Zach is originally from Corona, California and is currently studying kinesiology with a focus on physical therapy and sports rehab. His passion for movement and healing grew from a lifelong love of sports and his experience as a personal caregiver for his brother. With hands-on training alongside physical therapists and a strong understanding of the body, Zach brings confidence and care to every stretch session.

Outside of work, Zach loves playing volleyball, going for runs, working out, and cooking up clean, flavorful meals in his own kitchen—his favorite restaurant! He also enjoys camping, spending quality time with friends, and watching movies like Good Will Hunting and Moneyball.
