The First Stretch

First, we take time to understand your needs. Next, we guide you through a full body myofascial release + stretch. Last, we offer tailored suggestions to help you improve!

20 Minute Stretch

The 20 Minute Stretch includes active and passive stretching for all major muscle groups in which we ease you into a comfortable stretch and help you achieve greater flexibility over time.

40 Minute Stretch

Build on the 20 Minute with myofascial release (similar to a sports massage) where we warm the body and remove tension from the connective tissue, allowing for an even more effective stretch.

60 Minute Stretch

The 60 Minute includes everything from the 40 Minute + targeted vibration to stimulate blood flow and relaxation of the nervous system for the ultimate stretch experience.
