Upon arrival, your Certified Stretch Tech will take a moment to discuss your specific needs, focusing on any injuries or areas of tension. From there, you'll be guided through a combination of Myofascial Release, PNF Stretching, and Targeted Vibration, offering you an experience that provides relief, recovery, and results.

20 Minute Stretch

  • Full Body Stretch

In just 20 Minutes, experience a full body stretch designed to improve flexibility and range of motion. We’ll guide you through passive stretches for the upper body and PNF Stretching for the lower body, helping you increase mobility with every session. This is a great option for those without enough time for a full 40 or 60 Minute session.

40 Minute Stretch

  • Full Body Stretch

The 40 Minute includes the full body stretch plus our Myofascial Release technique designed to boost circulation and remove restrictions from the connective tissue allowing for an even more effective stretch. 60 Minute Stretch

The 60 Minute includes Myofascial Release, PNF Stretching, and Targeted Vibration to stimulate blood flow and muscle relaxation throughout the body for the ultimate stretch experience. This session provides more time to focus on the areas you need and is truly the best choice for those looking to maximize their results. Once you try the 60 Minute, you won’t want anything else!
