By focusing on both passive stretches for the upper body and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching for the lower body, this session targets common areas of tightness. Relieve Nerve Pain
During the 20 Minute Stretch, we include nerve glide stretches specifically designed to relieve pain from compressed or irritated nerves. Some of our nerve stretches include the sciatic nerve, radial nerve, median nerve, and ulnar nerve. These are fantastic stretches for anyone dealing with sciatic pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, or general symptoms associated with excessive sitting, typing, and texting.
