Nicole is from San Diego, California, and her passion for health and wellness grew from years of playing sports and helping loved ones stay active and recover. She brings a positive and caring energy to every session and strives to make each client feel comfortable and supported while working toward their goals.

Outside of Stretch U, Nicole enjoys paddleboarding, painting, yoga, and pilates. Nicole’s long-term goal is to earn her master’s degree and continue growing in the health, wellness, and fitness field.
