Bio:
EJ was originally born in the Philippines and lived there until he was 7, when his family moved to San Diego. He graduated from San Diego State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology in spring of 2019. His passion for health and wellness began early with his involvement in sports growing up. In the future, he hopes to remain within the health and wellness field through his own business combining both personal training and body works.
In his free time, EJ likes to train at the gym to stay active and play basketball with his friends. One of his favorite go-to cheat meals is a 3×3 with whole grilled onions and a side of animal style fries from In-N-Out. EJ regularly follows the NBA and UFC watching most games and fights that air. You can catch him on the weekends either at a sports bar near the beach or lifting weights at a 24 Hour Fitness.
