Ben is from the Bay Area, right near San Francisco. He moved down to San Diego for college where he attended SDSU. He graduated from SDSU with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is currently studying massage therapy at the Healing Hands School of Holistic Health. In high school, Ben suffered two fractured vertebrae while deadlifting, which was what inspired him to educate himself on the human body and how to take care of it. He quickly developed a passion for it and realized that he wanted to pursue health and fitness as a career and ultimately use it as a means to help others! Ben started working at Stretch U in June 2021. What he enjoys most about working at Stretch U is interacting with such a wide variety of individuals because he never knows who he will get to meet or chat with.
