Makenna is originally from Bakersfield, CA and is currently a Kinesiology student, graduating in May 2026. Growing up playing sports, she always knew she wanted to build a life centered around movement and helping others feel their best. Her passion for physical health and active living naturally led her to pursue a career where she can make a meaningful impact on others’ strength, mobility, and overall happiness.

During sessions, Makenna focuses on truly getting to know each client and tailoring every stretch to what works best for them. She creates a supportive, encouraging environment where clients can grow and feel confident in their progress. Outside the studio, she enjoys rock climbing, hiking, exploring San Diego coffee shops, and cheering on the 49ers.
