Bio:
Adrian was born and raised in San Diego. He is currently attending San Diego State University and majoring in Kinesiology Pre-Physical Therapy. Adrian was naturally drawn to the health and wellness industry because he has always been a kinesthetic learner and enjoys learning through movement. He aspires to become a physical therapist but also wants to explore the various career paths within the realm of kinesiology. He has been with Stretch U as of July 2022. What he enjoys most about working at Stretch is the friendly faces and mellow environment.
In his free time, Adrian likes to spend time with friends and family. He especially enjoys rollerblading by the Boardwalk whenever he gets the chance. He currently volunteers at SDSU’s Adaptive Fitness Clinic. Growing up, Adrian played several sports such as baseball, soccer, volleyball to name a few. His favorite restaurant is Buffalo Wild Star for their chipotle fries. He recommends everyone watch the movie The Quiet Place.
