Diamond Thomas-McBride

Diamond Thomas-McBride is originally from Detroit, MI and is a navy veteran. She has been working for Stretch U since June 2021. Diamond currently attends the College of Charleston and San Diego Mesa College to obtain her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science. She plans to graduate in 2023. Diamond was brought into the health and wellness industry from her inspiration to beat her family’s generational health history of heart disease, HBP, and cancer. She wants to live a more active and healthy life and help others reach the same goals. Diamond enjoys the community and interpersonal relationships she builds with her coworkers and clients at Stretch U.
When Diamond’s not working, she likes to go out for brunch, exercise, go to the beach, and hike. She plans on becoming a Master Coach for Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s disease. Her favorite place to eat in San Diego is Hash House A Go Go and she loves all genres of music!
