Stormi is from Choctaw, Oklahoma, and holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from UCO. Her love for movement began with a childhood full of sports, especially soccer, which inspired her to turn her active lifestyle into a meaningful career in exercise science.

She brings a personalized and thoughtful approach to every stretch session, making sure each client feels seen, supported, and cared for. When she’s not coaching her competitive U13 girls soccer team or playing indoor soccer, Stormi enjoys relaxing at home with her two dogs and sipping on an iced blonde caramel latte.
