As a 2024 UCO graduate with her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, Shay is from Crowder, OK and is passionate about helping others meet their fitness goals! She also has a minor in Spanish and has been part of the gym community since she was 14 years old. Stretching with Shay will guarantee a comfortable, positive, and personable experience!
Shay enjoys reading, trying out new recipes, crocheting, and puzzles in her free time. Her long term goal is to become a Physical Therapist. She likes anything covered in dark chocolate, Chick-Fil-A, Sonic, and Garage Burgers.
