Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Nina is pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Saint Louis University after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She is passionate about helping clients move better through a personalized, holistic approach that considers each person’s lifestyle, daily activities, and goals.

Nina believes the body has an incredible ability to heal when given the right care and enjoys partnering with clients to improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and enhance overall wellness. Outside of Stretch U, she enjoys dancing, hiking, painting, swimming, and baking. Her long-term goal is to become a dance physical therapist while creating injury prevention programs for dancers.
