Milad is originally from Istanbul, Turkey but moved to San Diego to attend school at SDSU. Milad has an Associate’s degree in Nutrition and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from SDSU. He chose to pursue a career in health and wellness because he enjoys helping people stay healthy and happy. He aspires to become a physical therapist for a famous sports team. He started his internship with Stretch U in February 2021 and officially joined the team as of April 2021. Milad likes working at Stretch U because he is able to make a difference in people’s lives and contribute to creating a healthier world.

When Milad is not working, he likes to hike, spend time with family and friends, travel, and try new restaurants. He also spends his free time cooking, reading books, and watching tv shows. He grew up playing soccer and his favorite sports teams are Real Madrid and Esteghlal. Milad’s favorite restaurant to eat at is Harney Sushi. His favorite movies include any of the James Bond movies and Rocky. Milad loves all types of music but his favorite singer is Adele.
