Meng is originally from Inola, Oklahoma, and is a proud graduate with a degree in Health and Exercise Science. His interest in the field began with a curiosity about stretching, which quickly turned into a passion for helping others feel their best through movement and connection.

Known for his upbeat energy and positive attitude, Meng creates a welcoming space where clients feel encouraged and supported. Outside of work, he enjoys powerlifting, basketball, wrestling, and playing Yu-Gi-Oh. He’s always looking for ways to grow while helping others do the same, often refueling with a Gatorade protein bar or a trip to Won KBBQ.
