Megan is from Wentzville, Missouri, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Kinesiology through Avila University while holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Missouri State University. With a true passion for health and fitness, she transitioned from the mental health field to follow her calling in sports science and movement, where she loves continuing to learn and grow.

Clients enjoy working with Megan because she communicates openly and ensures each stretch and myofascial release is tailored to their comfort and needs. Outside of the studio, she enjoys running, lifting weights, traveling, and spending time with good books and music. A big fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, the Blues, and Taylor Swift, Megan brings the same energy and dedication she has for her interests into helping clients feel their very best.
