Maikayla Villa

Maikayla is a San Diego native currently studying Kinesiology Pre-Physical Therapy at San Diego State University. Her passion for Exercise Science blossomed from a lifelong love of sports and staying active, which she aims to translate into a career focused on enhancing physical well-being. Clients are drawn to Maikayla for her meticulous approach to stretching, ensuring personalized care that addresses specific needs and fosters meaningful connections.

Beyond academics, Maikayla enjoys spending time with friends, playing volleyball, and exploring local eateries for boba and food. With aspirations to pursue a future in healthcare as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Physician’s Assistant, Maikayla is committed to making a positive impact in her community.
