Liz is originally from Wentzville, Missouri, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Saint Louis University. Her passion for the field comes from a strong desire to help people live their most active, pain-free lives through preventative care and movement.

Liz loves connecting with clients and takes pride in understanding each person’s unique goals. She brings an energetic and personalized approach to every session, ensuring clients feel supported, motivated, and confident in their progress.

Outside of Stretch U, Liz enjoys reading, hiking, cooking, and spending quality time with her family. She’s a fan of St. Louis sports—especially the Cardinals and Blues—and you can often find her listening to Noah Kahan or grabbing her go-to Starbucks order: an iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso.
