Bio:
Kenna is originally from Bethalto, Illinois, and is currently a senior at Lindenwood University majoring in Exercise Science. After 15 years of cheerleading, she developed a strong appreciation for the role stretching plays in both athletic performance and everyday movement, which inspired her passion for helping others feel and move better.
Clients enjoy stretching with Kenna for her honest, upbeat personality and ability to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere. She loves connecting through conversation to make each session enjoyable and comfortable. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog Rocky, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on the STL Cardinals and Green Bay Packers.
