Kale Strickland

Certified Stretch Tech

Kale is from Altus, Oklahoma and is currently a student at UCO studying Kinesiology with a focus on exercise and fitness management. His passion for health and wellness, along with his belief that the body is a temple, led him to Stretch U, where he enjoys helping others feel their best through movement and recovery.

Clients enjoy stretching with Kale because he’s both knowledgeable and approachable, with a strong passion for keeping the body strong and mobile. Outside the studio, you can find him at the gym, walking outdoors, spending time at the lake, or hanging out with friends. Long term, Kale hopes to earn his master’s (maybe even a doctorate) in kinesiology and start a family.
