Hannah Klier

Hannah, from Ballwin, MO, is currently pursuing an Exercise Science degree at UMSL, set to graduate this December. Her journey to health began in high school, where she took charge of her well-being through nutrition and exercise, sparking her passion for fitness and wellness. Dedicated to helping others achieve their wellness goals, Hannah specializes in improving flexibility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall well-being.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys staying active with workouts, hiking, and swimming, as well as cooking and spending time with her pets. Looking ahead, Hannah plans to pursue a doctorate and become a Physical Therapist, aspiring to make fitness accessible to all through her own gym. She’s a fan of movies like Avatar and historical/war films, cheers for the Blues in hockey, and enjoys music from EDM artists like Griz and Subtronics, as well as Lana Del Ray, Kid Cudi, Kanye, and Hoizer.
