Gwen is from Temecula, CA, and recently graduated from Fort Lewis College with a degree in Biology. As a member of her college cycling team, she quickly realized the importance of mobility training and stretching, especially after recovering from multiple injuries. Her experiences with physical therapy and athletic training sparked her passion for this field. When she’s not at Stretch U, you can find her cycling, spending time with her dogs, and listening to Hozier!
