Meet Mamadou “Dou”,
Born in Guinea, West Africa and raised in Chicago. Dou is a proud Exercise Science graduate with a lifelong passion for sports, movement, and wellness. As a former collegiate athlete, Dou brings a deep understanding of the body, performance, and recovery to every session. Whether your goal is moving without pain, improving flexibility for sports, or simply feeling better day-to-day, clients can trust Douto track progress and celebrate every win along the way.

Outside the studio, Dou enjoys traveling, exploring arts and fashion, working out, playing pickup basketball, and spending quality time with his daughter. Favorite things include Jolly Ranchers, The Cheesecake Factory, Starbucks Strawberry Refreshers, and the movie Shutter Island. Dou is loyal Chicago Bears fan , & also loves Usher.

Long-term, Dou hopes to continue serving people and supporting them in achieving their health and wellness goals.
