Bio:
Cody, a McAlester, OK native, is a Kinesiology student on track to graduate in December 2025. His passion for how the body moves started through running and deepened after his own recovery from plantar fasciitis, which sparked his interest in rehabilitation and physical therapy.
In each session, Cody brings a focused and supportive approach, tailoring stretches to help clients reduce tension, improve flexibility, and feel more at ease in their bodies. When he’s not working or studying, you’ll find him out in nature playing disc golf or fishing.
