Ben Fredman

Stretch Technician

Born and raised in St. Louis, Ben is passionate about health, fitness, and helping others move better. His interest in stretching and recovery grew from his own experiences with injuries, physical therapy, and myofascial release. As a Stretch Technician at Stretch U Creve Coeur, he is known for providing deep, effective stretches while creating a safe and comfortable experience for every client.

Outside of Stretch U, Ben enjoys working out, hiking, and listening to music. He is currently pursuing his education and plans to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy with the goal of opening his own practice one day.
