Fiona is a San Diego native and a Kinesiology Pre-Physical Therapy student with a passion for helping others move and feel their best. Inspired by her background in sports and interest in sports medicine, nutrition, and rehabilitation, she brings a detail-oriented approach to every stretch session to ensure clients receive the greatest benefit. Fiona enjoys building genuine connections with clients through engaging conversation and personalized care. Outside the studio, you’ll find her playing beach volleyball, working out, or building Legos. Her long-term goal is to become a Physical Therapist specializing in Orthopedics or Sports Medicine.
