Originally from the Bay Area (San Francisco), Jayanalyn, “Jay” has a background in Kinesiology and received her B.S. from California State University, Fullerton. She believes in the importance of physical movement and recovery as it leads to overall wellness. Her goal is to continue working and assisting others as a RN (Registered Nurse) or PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant). Some of Jay’s hobbies include hitting the gym, trying new food places, sipping on matcha, and spending time with loved ones. Outside of Stretch U, she is also a certified lash extension specialist and on her way to become a licensed esthetician!
