Sarina Dacio

Sarina is from Rancho Peñasquitos in San Diego, California, and graduated from Knox College with a BS in Biology. Her passion for helping others started during her four years as a student athletic trainer in college, where she discovered her interest in movement, recovery, and wellness. Known for being compassionate and driven, Sarina is dedicated to giving her all so clients can have the best experience possible.

Outside of work, Sarina enjoys playing basketball and going to the gym. She’s passionate about health and movement, with a long-term goal of becoming a Physical Therapist. She  loves the movie White Chicks, listens to artists like Tate McRae and Gigi Perez, and admires the playing styles of LaMelo Ball and Steph Curry.
