Bio:
Layton is from Chaffee, MO. He has his bachelor’s degree in Health Management: Exercise Science. As a former collegiate athlete, Layton understood the importance of keeping your body ready for high performance. This led to his interest in studying the movements of the human body as a whole. Clients would like to stretch with Layton because he is very personable and prioritizes his client’s interest and concerns. Layton’s goal is to improve how you felt before you walked through the doors here at Stretch U. His favorite sports team is the LSU Tigers.
