Caleb grew up in Tulsa, OK and moved to Edmond when he was 6 years old. He graduated from UCO in the spring of 2022 with a degree in General Studies. Caleb plans on returning to UCO to finish his original degree in Kinesiology. What Caleb likes most about Stretch U is helping clients and the science behind the stretches. His future career aspirations involve ministry, exercise physiology and business finance. In Caleb’s free time he enjoys watching Batman and Star Wars, reading fiction, playing the ukulele and CrossFit. Growing up, Caleb played soccer, basketball, football and Tae Kwon Do. His favorite sports team is OU football. Some of his favorite movies are: The Dark Knight, the original Star Wars trilogy, Lord of the Rings trilogy, Gladiator, The Princess Bride, Napoleon Dynamite, and Mall Cop. Caleb first got into fitness when he started shoulder pressing shovels in his backyard when he was 8. Then, he was introduced to P90X in his early teenage years which is what inspired him to want to become a personal trainer. He also learned about the human body due to his exposure to many complex health problems. Caleb volunteers for monthly outreaches through his church. His favorite music is praise and worship, pop, rock and ambient. Caleb’s favorite restaurant is Cici’s Pizza.
