Alia is from Watsonville, California, a small berry town in Northern California. She is currently studying Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science at Cal State San Marcos. Her passion for health and fitness stems from her own personal journey—one that has helped her grow both physically and mentally. She’s driven to help others reach their goals and become better versions of themselves by showing that health and wellness can be fun and empowering. Known for her bubbly personality, she loves meeting new people and takes pride in truly listening to clients to help them succeed. Her favorite hobby is powerlifting, and after graduation, she plans to pursue a career as a radiologic technician. Some of her favorite things include Nerds gummy clusters, sour strips, ramen, soup dumplings, vanilla matcha lattes, and the movie Princess and the Frog. She’s also a dedicated sports fan, cheering for the Las Vegas Raiders, LA Dodgers, and Golden State Warriors. When it comes to music, you’ll often find her listening to Peso Pluma.
