Albert Cruz

Albert was born in Carlsbad, CA but grew up in San Marcos. He is currently a Kinesiology major. He was drawn to the health and wellness industry because of his personal experience of going through physical therapy for his various sports injuries. He aspires to later go to school for physical therapy. He has been with Stretch U since April 2022. What he enjoys about working at Stretch U is the connection he builds with his clientele and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience.When he’s not in the studio, you can find Albert in the gym or playing video games. Growing up, he played almost every sport to keep active but his favorite sport is football. His favorite sports team is the Chargers. His favorite restaurant is Manna Korean BBQ. He recommends everyone should watch the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies. His favorite music genres to listen to are hip hop and reggaeton.
