Noah Del Sol

Noah is a passionate and driven team member at Stretch U, where he has the opportunity to help improve clients’ overall health and well-being. With a background from Hercules in the Bay Area, Noah values assisted stretching for its ability to enhance flexibility, range of motion, and reduce muscle soreness—leading to a better-feeling body. His experience at Stretch U also aligns with his career goal of becoming a physical therapist.

Outside of work, Noah enjoys playing sports like basketball and football, running, exploring San Diego beaches, traveling the world, and thrifting. In the future, he hopes to work as a physical therapist for a professional sports team or at the collegiate level.
